David McAllister

David has an extensive background in Human Resources Management with expertise in developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive HR programs, platforms, and processes. As an HR Professional, David has experience across multiple HR areas including Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Compliance, Health & Welfare plan design, Payroll, and administration. Prior to joining White Energy, David has served as both an HR Leader and Consultant within organizations experiencing growth through new business development as well as mergers and acquisitions. David graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Texas at Dallas where he earned a bachelor’s degree in human resource management.
