Brian’s vision for White Energy is to continue to build on the momentum we have created. There are several company initiatives related to innovation that he sees as being transformational for White Energy, which upon completion, will solidify White Energy’s position as an ethanol market leader and world-class organization. He is excited for the future and is committed to driving our core values, performance management metrics, as well as a host of other key strategic initiatives to ensure White Energy continues to be a great place to work.
Grant is responsible for managing the operations at White Energy’s two manufacturing facilities. He has overseen more than $65 million in capital improvement projects since 2014 that have increased production and reliability. He has more than 30 years of experience managing grain and biofuels operations, including 10 years with Archer Daniels Midland.
Jon is responsible for acquiring feedstock supplies and managing the sale and distribution of White Energy products. He has nearly 30 years of experience in cash grain marketing, transportation, elevator management and grain origination.

The board is chaired by James Continenza, an experienced business executive who also serves as board chairman of Eastman Kodak, Merrill Corporation, Sorenson Communications, Neff Rental and Tembec Corp.
