President and CEO

Greg is focused on accelerating White Energy’s growth. He is responsible for leading strategic business initiatives and process improvements that increase production and grow revenues. He previously led an agricultural business where he expanded its global market presence through the acquisition and integration of multiple companies.

Brian Steenhard

Chief Financial Officer

Brian manages all financial aspects of White Energy’s business. He has extensive experience in the renewable energy industry and a proven track record of increasing revenues and generating value for ethanol and energy companies. His previous experience includes serving as CFO at Aventine Renewable Energy Holdings.

Grant Johanson

Chief Operating Officer

Grant is responsible for managing the operations at White Energy’s four manufacturing facilities. He has overseen more than $65 million in capital improvement projects since 2014 that have increased the company’s production and reliability. He has more than 30 years of experience managing grain and biofuels operations, including 10 years with Archer Daniels Midland.

Jon Setterdahl

Chief Commercial Officer

Jon is responsible for acquiring feedstock supplies and managing the sale and distribution of White Energy products. He has nearly 30 years of experience in cash grain marketing, transportation, elevator management and grain origination.

Dr. Scott Kohl

Vice President, Technology and Process Development

Scott, a leading technologist from ICM, has played a critical role in evaluating and improving White Energy’s technical operations since joining the company in 2015. He has more than 15 years of experience involving the creation of new products and processes for the ethanol industry.

Board of Directors

White Energy has a seven-member board of directors that provide strategic leadership and direction to White Energy’s leadership team. The board is chaired by James Continenza, an experienced business executive who also serves as board chairman of Eastman Kodak, Merrill Corporation, Sorenson Communications, Neff Rental and Tembec Corp.
